Using Tags To Watch The Right Sessions With Session Replay Tools

While talking to our customers, a common theme came up.

There are just way too many sessions to watch and not all of them are useful.

Our users have limited bandwidth and yet they are passionate to learn about every interesting detail in their user behavior. Finding the right balance between getting the details and the time spent is critical. Hmm, well AI is key here. Isn't it? We started tagging sessions based on user problems and engagement.

We use data on how users are interacting on your site and reduce the number of sessions that one needs to watch by 95%. Thats huge!

Browsee reduces your team's effort to watch sessions by 95%!

We are continuously working to improve on our tags and also to add more tags so that we do not miss any problem that your user is facing or anything that your user loved.

I will take an example of one of our tags i.e. "Input Field Confusion" and how it helped one of our customers. We tag those sessions where users take a lot of time on any of the input fields. One of our customers wrote "Email/Phone" in one their input field label instead of explicitly mentioning "Email or Phone". This label triggered confusion for a few of their users who were typing "abc/8888888888" and taking a lot of time to fill that field. This shows how even a small label for input field matters.

Great things are done by a series of small things brought together. -Vincent Van Gogh

We do not take into account fields like text-area as we understand that these fields take time. We are working on to add more tags and make our tags smarter to maximize the ROI of your session watching activity.

Another interesting tag is "Rage Click" or "Frustration Click". They can be explained as when users are frantically clicking somewhere but either the website is not responding or taking a lot of time to respond.

Rage Click or Frustration Click

For one of our users, someone from the team messed up with the login form errors in one of the releases. So, some of their users typing wrong passwords or not having any account did some rage click on login button. This triggered an alert and they immediately fixed it.

These are a couple of examples from our tags based on AI. You can read about the list of our tags here. You can read more about each tag here.
